What we will do
  • We start exploring Key West on a tourist train that takes us to discover the city’s history and culture with a tour filled with information and peculiarities.
  • As we travel around the streets of Key West, the train driver illustrates the main sights of the city, which has a glorious past and has always been the preferred place of many great names, including President Truman, Ernest Hemingway and Tennessee Williams.
  • We cross the city centre with the famous Duval Street, the main street in Key West where there are many bars, restaurants and venues.
  • We pass by the Ernest Hemingway house-museum, the colonial house where the great writer lived for many years, and by the Little White House, the winter residence of President Truman.
  • We then reach the Southernmost Point, one of the most photographed parts of Key West: here, there is a colourful concrete pylon that marks the southernmost tip of the continental United States.
  • Now that the city holds no more secrets for us, we get on a glass-bottomed boat and head to the open sea.
  • A few kilometres off the coast, with the Key West skyline in the distance, we admire the only living coral reef of the United States which appear before us in all its glory.
  • As we look down through the glass bottom of our catamaran, we feel as if we were diving yet our feet stay dry: the majestic intricate corals, hundreds of colourful fish, soft coral and a myriad of other sea creatures inhabit the fascinating scenery.
